  There hasn't been a time when they got my order right. Its always a problem. Floors are crummy and tables are dirty. But the manager (only) is very friendly and welcoming.

  While they offer the same coffee has any other Dunkin Donuts they do not participate in the reward programs such as the refillable large coffee which is a perk for loyal customers. Personally I think it's a bad move on their part after all how much does a large cup of coffee actually cost them versus what they're charging me even at a discounted rate

  Coffee and doughnuts are what you would expect at Dunkin. Service was just OK but my main complaint is that they still use granulated sugar in the iced coffee! They do not use the sugar syrup that other Dunkin's use. Why? I do not want to have to "chew" my iced coffee I want to drink it.
